I love helping clients get organized, both mentally and operationally. My brain naturally spots patterns and brings order to complexity, and getting to share that skill in a way that truly benefits others is what energizes me most. Seeing clarity replace overwhelm and watching teams regain confidence in their day-to-day work genuinely fills my cup.
At the core of my work is making clients’ lives easier. I believe program management should support people, not slow them down. I focus on building systems, tools, and automations that fit how each client actually works, giving them time back instead of creating unnecessary process. Growth Package
For small teams of 3–15 people who are ready to move beyond constant firefighting and finally execute with consistency. This package creates clear accountability, organizes priorities across your team, and provides the structure to get projects finished, not just started. With focused leadership support and tailored deliverables, you’ll gain the clarity and systems your team needs to work smarter, stay aligned, and make real progress.
Scale Package
For small teams that are ready to expand without getting buried in inefficiency. This package is designed to refine your existing tools, implement new systems where needed, and create automation that supports growth at scale. With a dedicated focus on workflow design, team adoption, and technical program management, you’ll gain usable systems that your team actually embraces. The result is a business that runs more smoothly, adapts more easily, and grows sustainably without the chaos.
Each package is a minimum 3-month contract. One-time add-ons are also available.

Packages: Most clients can expect to invest between $1,500 and $6,000 per month, based on their goals and operational needs, with a three-month minimum commitment.
