Crystal here and I am the face behind The Crystal Collection Co. The Crystal Collection is a creative direction business who hones in on content strategy and client experience. As a creative director, my first job is to find what inspires you, what fuels you and where you want to be in both life and business. Then from there - we use these things to create a strategy that works for you and your audience!
Strategy should be used as a way to connect to your ideal audience but the question I get so much is how do we do this? The answer: VISUAL STORYTELLING! My definition of visual storytelling is the use of visual content in the form of graphics, photos or video that tell the story of your brand and what a potential client would experience by engaging with you and your brand.
Why is this important?
It's a way to show the personality and values behind your brand!
It allows your story to be consistent across all platforms!
It allows your clients to feel involved in your process
and one of my favorite reasons.. it's beautiful to look at!
I think we can all agree that we are connected to stories more than just a new product or service. We get excited to see the solution and the hope for the outcomes. This is why storytelling is so important and why ALL businesses should be tapping into how to do this. When you are planning a brand shoot, your content or even a launch, these are the pieces that you want to think about.
