Pretty isn’t profitable unless it’s also strategic. That’s why I design brands and websites that don’t just look good — they convert. My advantage? I’m not just a designer; I’m a retailer. I grew up in my family’s store and helped double revenue with the same mix of branding, Shopify design, and marketing strategies I now bring to my clients. - I LOVE the project planning phase. It’s always so much fun for me to take all of the messy ideas/needs and organize it in a way that will actually work for clients.
- Seeing the design of everything come together. When we nail their vision from the beginning and then see it on their website, in emails, and other collateral, it’s always so awesome to see their reaction to everything!
- Off-boarding (in the most positive way!! haha)—we have clients who will sometimes opt for an email retainer following a projects to it’s so much fun to continue to work with them in a different capacity, but our off-boarding process is really nailed down. Educating our clients on everything we’ve done for them and putting together specific tutorials for them to reference back to is always satisfying because of the compliments we receive on just how personalized and organized it is!
