Every move I make is strategic to remain the most efficient, effective, and consistent within my business. Doing this allows me to serve my clients well. This would not be possible without seven tools that I use daily. I am excited to share these and how I utilize them in my business with you!

7 Tools for Productivity & Consistency by Jenna Daykin | Business Tips #business #outsourcing #entrepreneur #productivity

1. Dubsado
This is easily my favorite tool. Before Dubsado I was using, what felt like, a million different tools and juggling many tabs. Now they are all combined into one! Talk about improving efficiency! My favorite capabilities of this tool? Time tracking, embedded lead capture form, invoicing, customizable forms, sending and signing of agreements, automation, scheduler, customized client portal…I could go on and on. I am also constantly learning new ways to implement their features to better my productivity. The Dubsado team adds new features regularly and their customer service is second to none, too. This is a paid tool, but I have seen the return on investment again + again.

2. Asana
Asana is my preferred project management tool. It is user-friendly, a simple way to assign tasks (while keeping conversations about tasks in one place), and allows you to work through a checklist seamlessly. Whether you’re a soloprenuer or have a large team, you can manage all through Asana.

3. G-Suite
Email is a crucial part of my day-to-day and I am all about G-Suite. My domain and email are set-up through Google; I utilize Google drive for organization and collaboration, and have Google calendar that syncs with my Dubsado account. G-Suite is suitable for when I start building a team, too, so I like that it can grow with me as I grow.

4. Planoly
Social media can be overwhelming, right? We can get wrapped up in showing up consistently, following the algorithm trends, engaging, and expressing relevant information. I read and learn as much as I can, but my strategy, when it comes to my social media, is to be authentically myself. Insert Planoly, my Instagram scheduler. I use Planoly to upload images, add content, schedule content, and simply ensure my grid is visually appealing + true to my brand.

5. LastPass
Securely sharing and storing my client’s log-in information is a top priority for me. That’s where LastPass comes in. It is a great, free way to securely share log-in information and keep them organized.

6. Canva
I use Canva for simple design work. This can be anything from creating graphics for Dubsado forms to social media. I love that I can set my brand colors, fonts, upload fonts, and organize templates in folders. There are also capabilities to collaborate with others so that is a bonus if you have a team!

7. Branding Photographer
Julia of Julia Fay Photography is a photographer with a strong focus on capturing brands + partner in a brand strategist company [
Toth + Fay] in Charlotte, North Carolina. To put it simply, she helps capture the heart of brands visually. I have never seen someone do it quite like her. Her energy brings out the authenticity in your brand and her talents capture you in your best light [literally and figuratively].  She brings invaluable images to me and my business to ensure I am keeping my brand consistent, specifically with images for social media, marketing materials, your website, etc. If you’re not in Charlotte, North Carolina, I recommend finding a branding photographer in your city!
